As part of the Leadership Development focus of RMSLLC, we are now offering a new Leadership Development curriculum.  A series of 7 lesson plans for new and existing leaders struggling to understand their role in the business and for organizations trying to align their leaders to the business.  Each lesson studies a leadership type, evaluates stereotypical behaviors for that type and provides a game plan for progress to the type.
